Cumberland County Courts Provide Hearing Information in the matter of Gerber v Middlesex Township Supervisors

Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Judge Matthew Smith has issued a Decorum Order in the matter of Gerber et al v Board of Supervisors of Middlesex Township.

The proceeding is scheduled for Sept. 18 at the Cumberland County Courthouse located at 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle.

Those attending the court proceeding will be admitted to Courtroom 1 at 9 am.

Per court rules, no audio or video recording will be permitted and all cellular devices must be turned off and stowed away for the duration of the proceeding.

Following the conclusion of the oral argument, the Court will take the matters to be decided under advisement and a ruling will be issued via written Order at the discretion of the Judge.
