DUI Courts

DUI Courts are dedicated to changing the behavior of DUI offenders. 

The goal of the DUI Courts is to protect public safety using the highly successful drug court model to process cases of eligible defendants. DUI court programs have gained national and local support from the National Highways Safety Institute and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Adult Drug/DUI Court Accreditation Program

The objective of the accreditation process is to assess a problem solving court's adherence to the 10 Key Components of Drug Courts along with evidence based practices, which are the nationally recognized framework for program operation. Close adherence to these components has a direct correlation with program outcomes.
