HARRISBURG, September 9, 1998 -- Nancy M. Sobolevitch, Court Administrator of Pennsylvania, today announced that Art Heinz will serve as Communications and Legislative Affairs Coordinator for the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. Heinz comes to the AOPC from Chambersburg where he worked as a reporter for the Public Opinion, a daily newspaper serving Franklin County. He previously worked as a reporter for newspapers in Johnstown, York and Easton, covering state and local governments. Heinz succeeds Bill Pennewill, who is retiring September 11 after serving as AOPC's Communications and Legislative Assistant for the last three years. Pennewill, an ordained Baptist minister, had been a staff writer for the Harrisburg Patriot-News and was press secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources. "We will sorely miss Bill Pennewill and wish him well in his retirement," Sobolevitch said. "But we are pleased to have someone of Art Heinz' caliber to replace him."
