Pennsylvania Supreme Court to Hold Oral Argument Session in Philadelphia

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania will hold oral argument sessions on Tues., Sept. 15 and Wed., Sept. 16 in the Supreme Court courtroom in City Hall, beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day.

Seating in the courtroom is available on a first-come-first served basis.

The use of any electronic or recording devices, including cell phones, cameras, laptops and smart watches, is prohibited inside the courtroom.
