Objections to Nomination Petitions for General Assembly and State Party Committees
In light of the Supreme Court’s Order in In Re: Petitions for Review Challenging the Final 2021 Legislative Reapportionment Plan (Pa., No. 569 Judicial Administration Docket, filed March 16, 2022), objections involving the nomination petitions of candidates for the Pennsylvania General Assembly and State Party Committees for the 2022 General Primary Election must be decided on an expedited basis. Accordingly, this page contains copies of all objection petitions related to these positions that have been filed with the Commonwealth Court. Pursuant to the Notice and Order in In Re: Objections to Nomination Petitions for Pennsylvania General Assembly and State Party Committees – General Primary Election 2022 (Pa. Cmwlth., No.126 Misc. Docket No. 3, dated March 25, 2022) (Notice and Order), posting of the objection petitions on this website constitutes service on the candidate.
