Obtaining a Wall Certificate

To obtain a Wall Certificate of Admission, send a written request to the address listed. Please include the following information:

• Attorney's full name
• Attorney ID Number
• Date of admission
• Name of person who moved admission (if known)
• Address where the wall certificate should be mailed
• $50 fee (checks should be made payable to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania).

Certificates are mailed within four to six months.
