성폭력 및/또는 위협으로부터의 피해자 보호 명령은 가족이 아닌 사람 또는 완전히 모르는 사람을 대상으로 명령될 수 있습니다. (긴급구조 신청이 아닌 성폭력 또는 및/또는 위협으로부터의 보호 신청을 하는 경우, 일반 법원 민원 신청용 표지도 함께 제출해야 합니다. 이 표지는 대중용 양식 페이지에서 찾아볼 수 있습니다.)

Pennsylvania 가정폭력반대 연합(Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence)은 “보호 명령으로 안전을 지키세요(Protection Orders Do Work): 민사 보호 명령 신청 방법(How to Obtain a Civil Protection Order)”이라는 교육용 비디오를 마련해 두었습니다. *Landlord/Tenant and Expungement Forms: The translation of these documents into the twelve most commonly encountered languages in the Pennsylvania court system was made possible through a grant from the State Justice Institute, Translation Implementation Project 21T018.

**Protection From Abuse Forms: The translation of these documents mandated by Rule 1905 of the Rules of Civil Procedure under the Protection from Abuse Act, 23 Pa. C.S.A. §6101 et. seq., into the eleven most commonly encountered languages in the Pennsylvania court system was possible through a grant from the Stop Violence Against Women program, which operates under the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. The AOPC Interpreter Certification Program managed the project. The AOPC acknowledges the contribution of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, which contributed the final order forms they had previously translated and allowed their modification into standard format and served as the model for statewide use.

폭행으로부터의 보호 양식은 개정되었으며 2019년 4월 10일 자로 발효되었습니다.
